Khatib & Alami was honoured to receive the 2024 MENA Best Development Project of the Year award for the Bulgari Ocean Mansions project.
This amazing project is special and unique—not only for the refinement and elegance of its design but also for the sensitivity of its location, both from an environmental perspective and in terms of its strategic importance to the development. Khatib & Alami felt privileged to be involved as the lead consultant for engineering design and project delivery, bringing continuity of vision and quality throughout the entire process.
I believe the success of this project personifies the partnership approach that Khatib & Alami brings to every delivery, working in close collaboration with a supportive client and contractor. It is the behaviour of our teams, both as individuals and as a group, that is the main differentiator in achieving success.
