Kamel Elamrousy

Award-winning Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) and accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East, specializing in project life-cycle management within global consultancy firms. Currently, Kamel leads the pre-contract and post-contract Project Management team for GHD in the UAE. With a strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of project control systems and management tools, Kamel consistently delivers projects on their stated KPI’s.

Kamel has a proven track record in managing diverse projects, from feasibility studies and design to construction and completion, while effectively engaging multiple stakeholders and managing various subcontracts.

As the head of GHD’s Project Management Business in the UAE, Kamel oversees a team of 55 employees and is a key member of GHD’s Leadership Team in the UAE, representing the Program and Project Management group. He also leads project management training and the development of project managers across the GCC.

In addition, Kamel serves as the Chair of the Abu Dhabi Hub for the Chartered Institution of Building (CIOB), where he mentors fellow professionals towards chartership and leads the committee in providing continuous development opportunities for built environment professionals across the GCC.
