Eng Elmer Moncada Barahona

Elmer Moncada is a highly experienced Manager specialized in Electrical Engineering, with over 20 years of expertise in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects across various countries,
including Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Spain, and the UK.
Elmer holds a Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath, UK.
He is presently engaged in completing his Doctorate in Management.
His extensive project portfolio includes significant contributions as a project manager and lead electrical engineer on high-profile projects, such as the Hamad International Airport expansion,
the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi, and the London 2012 Stadium. Presently, Mr. Elmer holds the esteemed position of Head of Electrical Engineering, wherein he provides leadership and
direction to teams spanning multiple countries, including Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and India. In this role, he oversees complex electrical engineering operations across
diverse geographical locations, ensuring the seamless integration of international standards and practices
