Ashley is a Partner at PwC Middle East, where he leads the firm’s Urban Mobility and Land Transport practice, advising governments, transport authorities and private sector organisations on shaping the future of mobility across the region.
With over 12 years of experience in the Middle East, Ashley has worked with many of the GCC’s leading transport authorities and regulators, particularly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, helping translate ambitious national visions into tangible transport strategies, sector reforms and large-scale transformation programmes.
His expertise sits at the intersection of urban mobility, transport policy, technology and commercial innovation, with a particular focus on addressing the growing pressures on urban transport networks. He works with clients to rethink how transport systems are planned, regulated, funded and operated, unlocking greater capacity, efficiency and connectivity while improving the overall passenger experience.
Against a backdrop of rapid urbanisation, evolving travel behaviours and accelerating technological disruption, Ashley brings a practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges associated with shared mobility, integrated transport networks and emerging autonomous solutions.
Prior to joining PwC Middle East, Ashley was part of PwC’s UK Consulting practice, bringing an international perspective to the region’s evolving mobility landscape.
