Robert is an experienced Roads & Highways Director with over 44 years’ experience with major engineering consultants across the full infrastructure lifecycle, from policy and planning through design, procurement, construction, and operations.
He has particular expertise in climate‑resilient road design and management and has an interest in inclusive corridor design for all users.
His experience spans the UK, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific, and includes advising governments and developers on delivery strategies, procurement, and infrastructure financing and funding.
