Louise Collins leads JLL’s Project & Development Services in the United Arab Emirates, supporting clients on a wide range of projects through development advisory, design solutions, project management, cost management, sustainability services and net zero implementation. This includes projects within the hospitality, residential mixed-use developments, corporate real estate, education and leisure sectors.
She has a wealth of experience that spans more than 22 years’ delivering and leading projects across Europe and the Middle East, as Design Consultant, Client Reviewer, Principal Engineer and Project Manager. Passionate about sustainable projects, she has dedicated most of her career to designing and developing buildings with low energy and water usage and is at the forefront of JLL’s sustainability agenda.
Louise is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, LEED AP certified and holds an Executive MBA.
